Return Policy

The Peekaboo Promise

Our promise is to provide high quality and adaptable products that increase safety, prolong engagement and add fun to every stroll. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know at info@peekaboostrollermirror.com and we will do our best to make it right!

Damaged Products

Please inspect your products for damage upon arrival. Contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any damaged items, including photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement as soon as possible and arrange for the damaged items to be returned to our warehouse.

Returns

We’re happy to accept returns of all products in re-sellable condition with original product packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to the original payment method. Please email info@peekaboostrollermirror.com to request a Return Authorization, including your Name, Email Address, Order Number, Purchase Date and reason for return. We will respond within two business days with your Return Authorization # and shipping instructions. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method for products received in re-sellable condition. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded.
